How Long Does Sealcoating Last?

Single-coat applications wear down much faster and are generally not recommended for long-term protection.
Can Asphalt Be Sealcoated In Cold Weather
Sealcoating should only be applied when surface temperatures are at least 50°F or higher.
Temperature affects how the sealcoat bonds and cures. Cold weather can prevent proper adhesion and reduce durability.
